We are all distinct individuals, and the life events we encounter reflect that uniqueness.
Individual sessions focus on our reactions to these experiences, exploring the emotions we feel and our responses to various situations. These events may from early childhood, past relationships, or recent occurrences. Counselling provides an opportunity to delve into these experiences and gain a deeper understanding of their influence on. Recognising your attachment style can reveal new perspectives on the patterns currently at play.
Counselling offers the chance to explore them and develop a deeper understanding of their impact upon you.
