PERSONAL PROFILE
As a qualified therapist with a strong foundation in psychotherapeutic counselling, I am passionate about supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and the pain of loss and grief. My approach is rooted in empathy, attentive listening, and a genuine commitment to creating a safe, non-judgemental environment where clients feel valued and understood. I believe that every person’s journey is unique, and I strive to offer tailored support that empowers clients to explore their experiences and develop effective coping strategies.
I have extensive experience working with diverse communities, including offering one-to- one counselling for LGBTQ+ individuals and those navigating issues of diversity, equality, and identity. My practice welcomes all, and I am dedicated to fostering an inclusive space where everyone feels respected and heard.
Supporting clients through grief and loss is a deeply important part of my work. I understand how overwhelming and confusing these emotions can be, and I am committed to helping individuals process their feelings and find resilience during difficult times.
Driven by a sincere desire to help others achieve lasting positive change, I bring both professional expertise and a personal commitment to mental health.
