Hello, I'm Jud
I'm a qualified integrative humanistic psychotherapeutic counsellor, passionate about helping people understand themselves and create change that feels real and sustainable.
My approach is flexible and responsive, drawing on Neuro‑Linguistic Programming, Coaching, and motivational interviewing to support clients as they explore what they want and how to move toward it.
